Team Lunch Order Form (UPDATED 3/7/13)
Teams attending the Connecticut Regional have the option of pre-ordering lunch for all team members. Sandwiches, salads, pizzas whole or by the slice, drinks and snacks are available. Orders must be placed no later than 10 a.m. on the date requested. Orders may also be placed in advance by faxing the order form to 860-249-6161 Attention: Jaime Testa no later than Monday, March 25. Orders must be picked up no earlier or later than 10 minutes from stated pick up time. Payment is due at time of order (cash, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX accepted). Retain receipt and present at time of pick up. Minimum order of 5 entree items. Teams may pick up their lunch orders at CAFE A at the back of the Exhibit Hall. 2013 Lunch Pre-Order Form

Team Social (UPDATED 3/7/13)
Join us for the 4th annual Connecticut Regional Team Social! The social will be held on Friday, March 29, from 6:30-9 p.m. at the Connecticut Science Center. Come have dinner, relax with your team, hang out with your FIRST friends, and explore the Connecticut Science Center, featuring a permanent exhibit on FIRST. Only $8 per person gets team members and mentors a sandwich, chips, fruit, a drink, and a fun-filled evening! Not hungry but want to hang out with your team and other teams. Entrance only for those not wishing a meal is just $3 per person. Register your team here by March 18, and pay at the event by cash or by check made out to CT FIRST.

Load-in/Load-out Procedures (Including Bag-and-Tag information) (UPDATED 3/20/13)
Load-in/Load-out Procedures for the Regional are now available. The procedures contain important information and rules regarding the Wednesday evening load-in, the Thursday morning load-in, the Saturday afternoon early-load-out option, and the Saturday post-competition load-out. We recommend printing the procedures and bringing a copy with you. Where to Eat
Outside food and beverages cannot be brought into the Convention Center during the CT Regional. Concessions are available within the Convention Center. For dining options in downtown Hartford, please visit Hartford.com on-line Dining Guide.

Getting Around
The Star Shuttle is a great way to get around Downtown Hartford, and includes stops throughout downtown Hartford, and at the Connecticut Convention Center.

Where to Sleep
The 2013 Connecticut Regional has been selected to participate in the FIRST Regional Hotel Program. This means that you can view and book hotels for the CT Regional through the FIRST Housing website. Where to Park
Parking is available at the Convention Center’s Parking Garage. To help reduce your cost (and the impact on the environment), we recommend minimizing the number of vehicles you bring to the Regional.
Additional parking is also available near the Convention Center. Please visit the Downtown Hartford Parking Map. (On the map, the Convention Center’s parking garage is Number 45 and can be found on the far right side of the map, near the Founders Bridge.)
